How MANSARD Commercial Properties practices commercial real estate brokerage: MANSARD brokers espouse a 3 component methodology, because to succeed in the commercial real estate brokerage business, you need to source, qualify, and service prospects and clients. MANSARD brokers are problem focused and solution specific.

  • First,  you practice a marketing methodology. This means that you understand how to consistently generate your own prospects to increases sales.  Your marketing methodology should be comprised of 4-5 proven, efficient, and predictable systems that provide you with a recurring source of investors and users that seek your help in solving their commercial real estate problems.
  • Second, you use a sales methodology. You know how to qualify a prospect from the moment you first make contact through their hiring you to lease, sell, or provide them with commercial real estate advisory services.  At MANSARD Commercial Properties, we practice a 7 step sales methodology of qualifying prospects and increase our client conversion and retention rates by letting our client drive their experience, crafting solutions to meet their demands.
  • Third, you implement a service methodology. Once you have sourced the prospect, qualified the prospect, and retained them as a client, you must deliver value by servicing their requirement to achieve a successful outcome that creates a long-term, referral based relationship.  Your service methodology should constitute financial analysis abilities, direct marketing know-how, market analysis techniques, reporting of your activities, negotiating advocacy, and project oversight and management.
