MANSARD Commercial Properties takes its name from the renowned French architect that created value for his clients by implementing a new architectural design. François Mansard introduced the swept roof design to boost property values while reducing the number of floors French assessors taxed below his renowned roofline. We build on Mansard’s tradition and inspiration to deliver consultative, creative, and timely solutions to our clients’ commercial and investment real estate needs.

Jeremy Cyrier, CCIM
Jeremy Cyrier, CCIM, is the founding principal and owner of MANSARD Commercial Properties, an investment oriented advisory firm with expertise in commercial real estate leasing, investment property sales, management, and advisory services. Jeremy consults and advises for private, corporate and non-profit organizations in leasing, ownership, development, and acquisitions activities of all asset types both nationally and internationally.
Jeremy takes a thoughtful approach to understanding his clients’ individual challenges, building solutions that create value and deliver large scale results. Lisa Carpenter
Lisa has been working in real estate for the last 9 years, with a focus on brokering office deals for building owners in the 128 South market. Lisa began her career working for the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency where she maintained a portfolio of federally subsidized properties by administering housing assistance payments. Subsequently, she was employed at Northland Investment Corporation, a National REIT, where she handled Commercial Leasing for several mid-rise buildings in Boston’s Central Business District. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Clark University in English Literature and she teaches and performs at two local dance studios. She is a student of the Real Estate Certificate Program at Boston University and CCIM and is an active member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce and the Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce.
